Residential Supportive Program

Quality Life Human Services, LLC creates a partnership between Supports Coordinator, QLHS staff and the individuals we serve. QLHS will provide the skilled support needed as their ISP (Individual Support Plan) and their CSP (Customized Support Plan).  

 

We will design a personalized living environment that addresses the unique desires and needs of each individual we have in our care. We are confident that people with a disability can lead a meaningful life in their community with 24 hour support. The individuals we serve can be a vital part of our society while living a safe and productive life in their home and community.

 

The core of every success story is a partnership between the individual being supported and the staff working with the individual. Every decision we make is made with respect for the individual and their family being served. The staff members of QLHS are called 'Residential Counselors' and will ensure that the living environment, daily activities and the individual's daily routines are taken serious and into consideration.

 

We understand the importance of the home for the individual to feel welcoming. QLHS will go the extra mile to ensure that the individual is safe, healthy and happy in their home. 

 

Community Support

Quality Life Human Services, LLC provides community support by customizing individualized base services for adults 18 to 60. We provide community activities based on the individual's interest. We also provide a therapeutic service that leads to improving the skills and behavior of the individual we serve. QLHS believes every individual we support has the right to be a part in decision-making when concerning their life, regardless of their disability. We use extra care to work with individuals that exhibit challenging behaviors, multiple disabilities, and problematic behaviors.

 

QLHS is flexible and will change support needs for for the individuals and their family as their goals and their needs change. We will take the necessary and required steps to ensure that each individual and their families are satisfied with the individualized services we provide. In addition, we will schedule all necessary and required appointments as needed. Transportation is provided for all appointments and activities in the community. Medication administration and supervision will be provided by our staff and staff will assist the individual with their daily living as needed.
